Reflections, A Medical Spa

I’m not a fan of needles so I can’t say I “enjoyed” my visit yesterday (LOL) but I was impressed with your office and Dr. Kirchdoerffer made me feel very at ease. It didn’t hurt as much as I thought I’m happy with my results so far and will be seeing you again in a few months… Thanks.

Last night I had my first treatment at Reflections. I had been to an open house about a year ago and had a consultation for laser hair removal but couldn’t pull the trigger! When you were offering certain services at 50% off this week, I couldn’t resist a Harvest facial. I wanted to drop you a note about how wonderful Amy was. My facial was everything a facial should be- relaxing, invigorating, and calming. Amy was so kind and personable, a true asset to your organization. She was awesome! I will definitely be back soon. I know often times people in your position only hear about the bad things, but I wanted to let you know about all the good!

I was blessed with lots of my grandma’s qualities, good and bad, including her somewhat cottage cheesy legs. Hello and thank-you, Reflections Spa. I have experienced your cellulite treatment series and currently follow-up with the maintenance visits. I see an appreciable difference in the tone and relative smoothness of my legs post treatment and my children (you know they are truthful) remark that I look great. I think my expectations were reasonable and met via your spa services and my taking up walking. So again, thanks!

I first saw Zerona about six months earlier on television and was extremely skeptical about the procedure.  However, upon the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Dr. (Sue) Kirchdoerffer at Reflections, A Medical Spa, to inquire about Zerona treatments.  I have to say that I was extremely shocked when I called the office and Dr. Sue answered the phone and began discussing Zerona and answering my questions.  I knew at that point that I had to make an appointment at Reflections and meet Dr. Sue and find out more about the Zerona body sculpting treatments.  Because I had been overweight most of my life, I had often thought about other procedures such as cellulite removal or injections to dissolve fat deposits, but never would pursue anything that could be risky from a medical standpoint.  So when I heard about Zerona, it was most appealing to me because it was noninvasive and there were no side effect (except shrinking body measurements and clothes that were to big) at then end of the treatments.  I must say that the staff at Reflections is nothing short of wonderful and the whole experience was amazing.  The treatments were relaxing and totally pain free.  The truth is that you don’t see or feel anything during the treatments, just shut your eyes and relax to soothing music.  After the treatments were finished, I couldn’t be happier with the results.  I lost a total of 14 inches and approximately 10 pounds and feel fantastic.  This is just what I needed to get myself back into my clothes and on track with taking care of myself.  Thank you Dr Sue and staff for a wonderful experience and on that was well worth the price paid for admission!

As soon as I entered Reflections Spa, I was greeted as if I was a new member of the family.  The appointment I scheduled was to find out about the ZERONA treatments.  After completing the ZERONA series which took me about 4 weeks, I was amazed at the results.  I lost over 9 inches (tummy, hips, thighs combined) and about 10 lbs.  I have continued to exercise and have seen additional results.  I’m soon to be 53 years old and very much wanted to get a good jump start on my mid-section.  Little did I know it would be a HUGE jump start!  I’m ready for summer!

During this short journey, I realized some amazing relationships as the staff is very focused on customer experience.  The atmosphere is very private and comfortable.  My assigned consultant, Maxcy, was charming, professional, and just fun to talk to.  From the time I started the treatments until I finished, Reflections Spa was rooting for me through it all.
